Flanged Scaffolding

48X3 mm upright and 48X3mm horizontal connections are produced from black pipe. The lower adjustment shaft, sheet plank, movable head pipe clamp elements are used as auxiliary.

The system is used as facade scaffolding or formwork scaffolding. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements. Connection points consist of flange, dovetail and wedge. Lower adjustment shafts are used for leveling the floor, and upper adjustment shafts with 4-way and U-head are used for leveling the floor and beam gold. The system is designed by Demirel Scaffolding according to your formwork project.

Vertical elements are manufactured from standard pipes of 48x3mm and horizontal elements of 48x3mm which are subjected to mechanical tests. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production.
