Adjustable Shoring Prob

This material is used to support the bottom of formworks. Outer shoring probs are made of 60X3 mm and 60X2.5, black steel pipes. Inner shoring probs are made of 48X3mm and 48X2,5 mm , black steel pipes. Base plates are manufactured from sheet metal of 120X120X6 mm . Adjustable shoring probs can be manufactured in different heights.

They are manufactured in standard working heights of 3,0 - 3,5 - 4,0 - 4,5 - 5,0 - 5,5 or 6,0 m. They can be carried and assembled easily. They are adjustable to different heights. Adjustable shoring probs are kept in upright position with the help of a tripod. Outer pipes are made of 60*2,5 mm or 76*3,0 mm,mechanically tested standart pipes. Inner pipes are made of 48*2,5 - 48*3 or 60*2,5 mm, mechanically tested standard pipes. The holes of the inner units are perforared by special perforating machines without deforming the pipes. Automatic metal inert gas welding machines are used in our manufacturing process.
